At the end of last year, the company invested 6.8 million yuan to install a new 12t/h **wastewater treatment system. The main process of this device is as follows: first, the wastewater is neutralized and cooled, then it undergoes three stages of precision filtration, followed by two stages of ion-exchange membrane concentration. The concentrated liquid is recovered and fed back into the production system, while the purified fresh water enters the recycling tank. This time, the installation of the equipment is expected to take 50 days. Once completed, this project will not only enable the recycling and treatment of **wastewater generated during production, turning such waste into valuable resources, but it will also allow the treated fresh water to be reused in the circulating water system, thereby achieving energy savings, reduced consumption, and circular utilization.
