The gasifier of the pulverized coal gasification unit in the Gasification and Purification Department of Yulin Chemical Company, Shaanxi Coal Group, was successfully lifted into place. On April 13, the last gasifier in Series II of the pulverized coal gasification unit at Yulin Chemical Company, Shaanxi Coal Group, was lifted into position. Thus, the project team has successfully completed the lifting of all large-scale equipment for the pulverized coal gasification unit. The Powder Gasification Unit Series II is equipped with three gasifiers in total. Each gasifier is 22.6 meters tall, 3.5 meters in diameter, and weighs 275 tons; they are located on the seventh floor of the gasification framework. The three gasification furnaces were delivered to the site one after another in the early part of this month. A 1,250-ton crawler crane was used as the main lifting device, while a 280-ton crawler crane was used for assisting with the lifting; the entire lifting operation was completed in just three days. The successful lifting of this gasification furnace marks the successful completion of an important milestone in the gasification facility, securing a competitive advantage for the company’s upcoming major projects to achieve success. Next, the Gasification and Purification Project Team will mobilize its most capable resources to quickly get involved in the new round of pipeline construction work, thereby laying a solid foundation for successful commissioning of the facility and achieving the company’s project objectives.
