Profit per ton of coke from independent coking plants across the country released: The average national profit per ton of coke is -34 yuan/ton

This week, Mysteel’s Coal and Coke Division conducted a survey on the profit per ton of coke produced by 30 independent coking plants across the country. The results show that the average national profit per ton of coke is -34 yuan/ton. By region, the average profit per ton for quasi-first-grade coking coal in Shanxi was -24 yuan, while in Shandong it was 20 yuan per ton. The average profit per ton for second-grade coking coal in Inner Mongolia was -103 yuan, and in Hebei it was 4 yuan per ton. The price statistics period for this time is from September 19, 2025, to September 25, 2025; the display of profits is affected by the precision retained after the decimal point.
