The provincial list includes a total of 910 projects, with a total investment of 3.1 trillion yuan. Among them, Anyang City has 29 projects listed, with a total investment of 11.8 billion yuan. The total investment in the raw material processing route upgrade project of Anhua Group Company is 3.666 billion yuan. Once the project is completed and put into operation, it will generate annual sales revenue of 2.302 billion yuan, as well as an annual total profit and tax amount of 513 million yuan ； The annual average sales tax amount is 140 million yuan ； The average annual after-tax profit is 385 million yuan. The prerequisites for initiating this project have been largely met. On February 13, 2018, the project for upgrading the raw material processing route was registered with the Development and Reform Commission of Long’an District, Anyang City ； On December 18, 2018, the Henan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment issued its review opinions on the environmental impact assessment for the overall development plan of Anyang New Chemical Industry Park, via document Yu Huan Han [2018] No. 16 ； On January 18, 2019, the Anyang Development and Reform Commission approved the overall development plan for Anyang’s New Chemical Industry Park via document Anfangai Gongye [2019] No. 19 ； The preliminary assessment of occupational hazards for the project was completed on May 31, 2018 ； The preparation of the project’s safety pre-assessment report and environmental impact report is nearly complete, and it is ready to be submitted to the Henan Provincial Emergency Management Department and the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment by the end of February. The project for upgrading the raw material processing route is an important measure for Anhua Group Company to achieve transformation and development; it is also a vital project for the company.
