On the afternoon of October 18, the construction of the zero-emission facility and related infrastructure for the comprehensive utilization project of coal, oil, and gas resources in Yan’an, carried out by the Third Company, entered the “three inspections and four determinations” phase. The zero-emission facility and associated infrastructure for the comprehensive utilization of coal, oil, and gas resources in Yan’an are located in Fu County, Yan’an City, Shaanxi Province. The main structures include a high-density hardness removal unit, a membrane treatment unit, an evaporation crystallization unit, and a mother liquor drying unit, with a total construction area of 17,500 square meters. The total volume of work for this project includes 35,433 meters of pipeline installation, 395 units of equipment installation, 153 tons of steel structures, 10 custom-made storage tanks, as well as various related instruments. Since the commencement of the Yaneng Chemical Zero-Emission Equipment and Peripheral Facilities project on February 25, 2019, the workers involved have overcome various difficulties such as numerous design omissions and incomplete delivery of materials. The project team has actively coordinated with the client, the general contractor, and the design firm, making flexible adjustments to the construction plans, which has ensured the smooth progress of construction work in areas such as equipment, structure, processes, and electrical instrumentation.
