On January 13, Unit 2 of the Shaanxi Jingyi Chemical project, constructed by Northwest Electric Power Company No. 1, successfully passed the 168-hour trial operation, thus achieving the goal of starting up the unit for power generation. During this period, all systems and auxiliary equipment of Unit 2 operated stably with rapid load response ； The utilization rate of electrical and thermal instruments is 100%, the automatic activation rate is 100%, and the protection activation rate is 100% ； The quality of the soda is satisfactory ； Vacuum tightness exceeds the specified standards ； Desulfurization and denitration are operated simultaneously; the environmental protection parameters meet the requirements for ultra-low emissions, and even exceed the design standards. During the 168-hour trial operation, the unit met excellent requirements in terms of both the continuous stable full-load operation time and the average load factor; its installation quality was at the leading level among units of the same type, and all its trial operation indicators were also at an excellent level compared to units of similar kind. On January 11, the acid cleaning of Boiler No. 3 at the Shaanxi Jingyi Chemical Project, which was undertaken by the company, was completed successfully, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent boiler ignition and commissioning processes as well as the full startup of the unit. It is reported that the coal tar deep processing and multi-product integrated utilization project of Shaanxi Jingyi Chemical Co., Ltd. is currently the first large-scale coal-based aromatic hydrocarbon production line in China. It achieves comprehensive and systematic utilization of coal on a differentiated basis, representing a new industrial approach to the conversion and utilization of coal. The total investment in the project is 4.6 billion yuan. Once it is operational, it is expected to generate an annual sales revenue of around 4.5 billion yuan, with tax payments of over 600 million yuan. The project will also create employment for more than 1,000 people, bringing about significant economic and social benefits. The project is located in the Jinjie Industrial Park in Shenmu City, Shaanxi Province. The scale of construction includes a power station with 3×240 t/h high-temperature and high-pressure mixed combustion circulating fluidized bed boilers, 2×50 megawatt high-temperature and high-pressure direct air-cooled double-condensing steam turbines, 2×60 megawatt air-cooled generators, as well as civil engineering and installation works for other associated auxiliary systems.
