On April 7, a ceremony was held at Yulin Chemical’s Qingshui Industrial Park to mark the start of construction work on these facilities, signaling that the project has entered the phase of on-site civil construction. It is reported that the dimethyl oxalate plant and the ethylene glycol plant consist mainly of 20 units such as DMO synthesis, DMO distillation, ethylene glycol synthesis, and ethylene glycol distillation. Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the design, procurement, and construction tasks, with the completion of the intermediate handover for Series III planned for June 30, 2021.
