Xinjiang Xuanli Environmental Protection Energy 6 million tons coal chemical project won the bid author/source: date: 2020-04-27 Click rate: 42 On April 20, Sinochem Second Construction Henan Branch won the bid for Xinjiang Xuanli Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd.’s 6 million tons/year low-grade coal quality comprehensive utilization project (Phase I) sewage pretreatment unit construction and installation project (PC contracting), and Xinjiang Xuandong Energy Co., Ltd.’s 300,000 tons/year low-grade coal tar deep processing project (Phase I) (PC general contracting). Xinjiang Xuanli 6 million tons/year low-grade coal quality comprehensive utilization project (Phase I) sewage pretreatment unit construction and installation project is located in the Xinjiang Naomao Lake Farm Industrial Cluster. This project is the first large-scale sewage treatment project in the cluster. Xinjiang Xuanli Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd.’s 500,000-ton coal tar hydrogenation project, the largest coal tar hydrogenation project of its kind in China, was completed and put into operation in December 2017. Xinjiang Xuanli Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd.'s 500,000 tons/year coal tar hydrogenation project is located in the Naomao Lake Farm Industrial Cluster Park of the 13th Division of the Xinjiang Corps. The project adopts coal tar full fraction hydrogenation process, and its main products are: Naphtha 78,400 tons/year, low condensation diesel 265,300 tons/year, heavy diesel 87,700 tons/year, tail oil 28,900 tons/year, liquefied gas 10,300 tons/year, liquid ammonia 0,3800 tons/year, sulfur 02,800 tons/year, analytical gas 69864Nm3/h (10063Nm3/h is used as fuel gas for this project). The total project investment is 1,247.9 million yuan. Xinjiang Xuanli Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd. was established in May 2014. Its registered address is No. 4 Baihua Road, Hami, Xinjiang. It was jointly constructed by Beijing Xuanli Investment Co., Ltd. and the 13th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
