Since the implementation of contract-based management in 2020, the Zhengyuan Hydrogen Energy Water Vehicle Workshop has strictly applied practices aimed at energy saving and consumption reduction in its daily operations. The concentrated wastewater from the desalinated water processing unit was originally intended to be discharged directly as waste water. In order to meet the requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction in the water treatment plant, after multiple tests confirmed that this concentrated wastewater met the relevant standards, it was introduced into the restrooms of the desalinated water processing unit, where it is used instead of domestic water for flushing purposes. This renovation of the concentrated wastewater treatment system helps save domestic water, and it also allows for the reuse of the previously discharged qualified wastewater, thereby achieving energy and emission savings. Given the indirect nature of concentrated wastewater discharge, double switches are installed in the restrooms to allow flexible control over the use of concentrated wastewater and domestic water. This helps to save energy and reduce emissions, while ensuring that employees can carry out their normal work and daily activities, thereby helping the company save costs and increase its profitability!
