The first feeding of Tianchen Company’s CNPC Pingxiang polyolefin modification experiment project was a success! Author/Source: China Tianchen Date: 2020-12-31 Clicks: 7 On December 30, the first production line of the polyolefin modification experimental base project undertaken by China Chemical Tianchen for Shenhua Shaanxi Yulin Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. in Pingxiang, Hebei, successfully completed its trial run with the first batch of material fed into it, producing qualified products and thus meeting the key milestones specified in the contract with the client ahead of schedule. The CNPC Hebei Pingxiang Polyolefin Modification Experimental Project is located in the Haocaidi Basic Industrial Park within the industrial cluster area of Pingxiang County. It features two polyolefin modification production lines that utilize melt mixing technology; the main products are modified polyolefins, including filled and reinforced toughened polypropylene, materials specific for automobile bumpers, flame-retardant polypropylene, glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene, and coating materials for woven bags. The project also explores the production of modified cable materials. This project is a technical transformation project of a supportive nature, coordinated by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and requires China Coal Group to enable the first production line of this project to have the capacity for production input by the deadline specified in the contract.
