Construction has begun on the foundation for the air separation unit in the environmental protection comprehensive renovation project of Jinfeng Wenxi System 2#. Author/Source: Jinfeng Wenxi. To further accelerate the progress of this renovation project, on May 27th, after completing all the preliminary preparations for construction, Jinfeng Wenxi Company contacted the civil engineering team from the air separation equipment manufacturer to start work on the foundation of the air separation unit. It is understood that the environmental protection comprehensive renovation project for the company’s No. 2 gasification system is a key project in our county. This project uses gas produced by micro-pressure pure oxygen gasification units as raw material; it replaces the existing 10 φ2650 fixed-bed batch gasifiers with 5 φ3600 micro-pressure pure oxygen continuous gasifiers, and is accompanied by an air separation unit with a capacity of 16,000 Nm3/h (including circulating water). Corresponding renovations are also carried out on the utility systems such as water, electricity, and steam throughout the system, with the original production capacity remaining unchanged after the renovation. A responsible person from the project said that the smooth progress of the comprehensive environmental improvement project for System 2# provides an effective way for the company to reduce production costs, improve environmental management, and adjust its industrial structure. Next, we will intensify our communication with the construction contractors, strictly implement the requirements of the \"Five On-Site Work Methods,\" and comprehensively strengthen on-site management, ensure safety, and control quality. This will help to guarantee the high-quality development of the project and its rapid progress.
