The gasification unit of this hydrogen production facility, part of Panjin Haoye Chemical Co., Ltd.’s polymer materials project, was completed to high standards on May 31st, in accordance with the planned schedule, and a handover ceremony was held on June 2nd. The project was carried out by the fifth branch of Shiliu Jian. Construction of this facility officially began on October 1, 2020, and it took 7 months to reach the scheduled completion date, setting a record for the shortest construction period for large-scale coal chemical and petrochemical projects by the Fifth Branch. The Fifth Branch organized the work meticulously and carried out construction in a scientific manner, overcoming various challenges such as a large volume of work, high construction difficulties, a severe pandemic situation, and harsh weather conditions. All employees worked tirelessly, braving wind and snow and extreme cold, focusing on both quality and progress at all times, and managed to complete the construction tasks to specification and on time. For this, they received high praise from the client, the supervisor, and the general contractor. It is understood that the Panjin Haoye Polymer Materials project is a key initiative for Panjin Haoye Chemical Co., Ltd. to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading in the field of \"refining – chemicals – materials\". The hydrogen production facility is the core component of this project, and the successful completion of its gasification unit marks an important milestone for the project. Project manager Cha Xiang said at the ceremony held by CCCC that the project team would take the education on the history of the Communist Party as an opportunity to carry out the activities related to the \"Safety Production Month.\" Under the unified command of the owner’s commissioning headquarters, they would work closely with various specialized teams to carry out all tasks related to commissioning in a scientific and efficient manner. They would always prioritize a sense of responsibility, make sound plans, and execute tasks meticulously, so as to contribute to the smooth commissioning of the project.
