At present, the overall system is running smoothly and all performance indicators meet the design requirements. The project is located in Jiangyin Chemical Park, Fuzhou. Hualu Company is responsible for the air separation unit, gasification unit and supporting public and auxiliary projects. The successful completion of the project will accelerate the construction of Wanhua Chemical Jiangyin Chemical Park and lay a solid foundation for its formation of an industrial cluster of "raw material supply, internal circulation, chain development, energy conservation and environmental protection". It will also play an important role in the structural adjustment of the petrochemical industry, industrial chain extension and regional economic development in Fuzhou City and even Fujian Province. Project Overview Fuhua Tianchen Gas Co., Ltd.'s large-scale coal gasification project has a total investment of 2.85 billion yuan. It will build an annual total ammonia output of 690,000 tons (including 444,700 tons of synthetic ammonia/year, 160 million Nm3/year of carbon monoxide, and 320 million Nm3/year of hydrogen). It adopts coal-water slurry gasification technology. The gasification process adopts 6.7MPa coal-water slurry pressurized gasification process technology, the air separation unit is a set of 75,000Nm3/h (O2) large-scale air separation unit that Hangyang successfully won the bid in November 2017. It provides the required oxygen for coal gasification, the required nitrogen for synthetic ammonia, and provides the required instrument air for the entire plant. After completion, it will provide hydrogen, carbon monoxide, liquid ammonia and other basic chemical raw materials for the new TDI project of Fujian Southeast Electrochemical Co., Ltd., the downstream enterprise of Jiangyin Chemical Park, the MDI project of Fujian Cornell Polyurethane Co., Ltd., and the new CPL project of Fujian Tianchen Yaolong New Material Co., Ltd. Providing clean, low-cost energy to the industrial zone, reducing the operating costs of various production companies in the park, and improving product market competitiveness are of great significance to accelerating the construction of Jiangyin Chemical Park, further optimizing the industrial chain structure of the park, and promoting the high-quality development of the chemical industry in Fuzhou. Fujian Fuhua Tianchen Gas Co., Ltd. is located in Funeng (Jiangyin) Chemical Park, Jiangyin Industrial Zone, Fuqing, Fuzhou City. It is a joint venture established by Fujian Petrochemical Group Company, China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd., and Fuzhou Yaolong Chemical Group Company. It is engaged in the investment, development and construction of large-scale coal gasification projects. In addition to large-scale coal gasification units, the construction project also supports the construction of large-scale air separation units to provide gas products such as nitrogen, oxygen, compressed air, and instrument air for other projects in the park.
