News from the Jincheng project team of Shanghai Jingye indicates that the direct conversion project in the Jincheng area, which is being carried out by Shanghai Jingye, is nearing completion after several months of construction, with various components of the project gradually entering the phase of system installation and operation. I. Phase I of the Lanhuatianyue Project Recently, Phase I of the Lanhuatianyue clean-type fixed-bed gas generation and integrated treatment project for multiple pollution sources, constructed by Shanghai Jingye, was successfully completed with the strong support of the company’s leadership. Overcoming challenges such as limited space at the site and severe weather conditions in summer, the project was brought to completion, and 24-hour continuous testing was carried out, marking Shanghai Jingye’s first successful implementation of cold-air reform projects in the Jincheng area! The newly installed No. 3 and No. 2 gas filtration and purification modules were put into operation as part of the system; they were commissioned and integrated into the main system on August 9th and 16th, 2021 ； All the parameters of the gas filtration and purification module GCM exceed the design specifications. Key indicators of this module, such as system pressure difference, pressure fluctuations, and ash hopper temperature, all fall above the required values; the gas pressure difference is no more than 200 Pa, which represents an international advanced level and a leading standard in China! II. Systems 2# and 3# of Tianze Yongfeng Fertilizer Company Recently, the 2# and 3# systems of the clean fixed-bed gas generation and multi-pollutant integrated treatment project for Tianze Group’s Yongfeng Fertilizer Company, which was constructed by Shanghai Jingye, were completed on schedule, thanks to the care and strong support of the leaders at all levels of Tianze Group! The newly installed #3 and #2 gas filtration and purification modules were brought online in a coordinated manner; they were commissioned and integrated into the main system on August 10 and 16, 2021 ； All the parameters of the gas filtration and purification module GCM exceed the design specifications. The newly installed gas filtration and purification module was put into operation as part of the system; it was started up at 07:00 on August 14, 2021, and integrated into the main system ； All the parameters of the gas filtration and purification module GCM exceed the design specifications; in fact, all the key indicators of this module, such as system pressure difference, pressure fluctuations, and ash hopper temperature, are above the required values, with the gas pressure difference not exceeding 200 Pa. This set of equipment is the first of its kind in China to be used for gas filtration and purification in the methanol industry. Facing brand-new operating conditions and numerous changes during commissioning, the first unit succeeded in withstanding these challenges ； With the support and cooperation of the leadership of the owner’s party, the site personnel also successfully completed the commissioning work and integrated smoothly into the main system ； First-hand data and valuable experience have been accumulated to ensure the smooth implementation of similar cases in the future.
