On August 9, 2021, good news came from Hening Company: the Natural Resources Bureau of the Ningdong area issued the approval document confirming the completion of the \"near-zero emission\" project for reclaimed water reuse (referred to as the \"reclaimed water reuse project\"). This marks the successful completion of this project by the relevant authorities, allowing it to enter operational status. The total investment in Hening Company’s reclaimed water reuse project is 140 million yuan. The construction of the project and its trial operation took 22 months. It is an upgrade project carried out by Hening Company in response to the calls for water conservation and emission reduction, with a focus on environmental protection and water savings; it aims to address the issue of wastewater discharge by enabling its recycling, and it involves upgrading the company’s existing water supply and drainage systems. The construction of this project has received great attention and strong support from Lutianhua Group Company and its joint-stock subsidiary. It has also benefited from the kind care, guidance, and assistance of leaders at all levels of the Ningdong Management Committee. Moreover, it owes its success to the hard work and relentless efforts of the many people involved in the project’s construction. Since the start of construction of the reclaimed water reuse project on October 17, 2019, under the strong leadership of the company’s Party and administrative teams and with the effective organization of the project team, comprehensive control was exercised at all stages – from design review, inspection of materials entering the site, to the construction of various project components, as well as in terms of safety management, contract management, schedule management, and quality control. During the project construction period, the COVID-19 pandemic broke out. The leadership team of Hening Company adhered to the principle of addressing both epidemic prevention and control on the one hand, and safe production as well as project construction on the other.
