Experts attending the meeting conducted a comprehensive review of the ash and slag treatment process, supporting acid and alkali tank farm, loading and unloading truck process, and thermal process designed by the East China Institute, and put forward opinions and solution ideas from the aspects of process flow, control plan, equipment configuration, equipment performance, risk identification, and risk prediction. Experts unanimously believe that the project is innovative and advanced, the project technology has reached the international leading level, and it has good economic, social and ecological benefits. As the first comprehensive ash and slag utilization device for petroleum coke hydrogen production in China, the ash and slag treatment comprehensive utilization project of Guangdong Dongyue Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. has been completed and put into operation. It will fill the gap in domestic high-sulfur petroleum coke hydrogen production ash and slag disposal technology and promote the sustainable development of related industries.
