On October 31, the lining work for the three units in the reaction and regeneration system of Tianchen Company’s Huating FMTP technology demonstration project was successfully finished, marking another milestone in the completion of this project and laying a solid foundation for the inerting agent fluidization tests, which are part of the project’s core processes. The reaction regeneration system and its associated equipment are lined with heat-insulating and wear-resistant linings. The baking process for these linings is intended to remove surface water as well as internal crystalline water, thereby enhancing the linings’ heat-insulating and wear-resistant properties and ensuring the equipment’s service life and operational longevity. The sequencing of operation for the three reactors is the regenerator, the MCR reactor, the EBTP reactor, and the auxiliary systems of these three reactors. Before the lining process, Tianchen Company, in collaboration with the furnace heating unit, developed a detailed plan for lining the three equipment units as well as an implementation schedule, which ensured that the lining work was carried out efficiently and in an orderly manner. The baking process is carried out strictly in accordance with the heating and cooling curves, with each step proceeding in an orderly manner. After the lining work was completed, the owner, supervisor, and general contractor conducted a joint inspection of the internal linings of the three units, and this task passed the acceptance check successfully.
