The decarbonization unit absorption tower C01801 is 38.118 meters tall, 3 meters in diameter, and weighs 83.5 tons. With the close cooperation of a 450-ton crawler crane and a 150-ton crawler crane, it was successfully lifted. Through operations such as lifting, lowering the boom, setting it upright, moving it, retracting the hook, and rotating it, the lifting of the decarbonization unit absorption tower C01801 was completed successfully after more than 2 hours of hard work. The raw material for this project is coke oven gas from coking units, which is sent to the LNG and synthetic ammonia production systems; the main products are LNG and synthetic ammonia. The scale of this project’s construction is 170,000 tons per year of LNG (with an actual production volume of 167,000 tons per year), and 240,000 tons per year of synthetic ammonia (with an actual production volume of 238,000 tons per year).
