As a provincial key project, the Pengfei 5 million tons coking production base was the first to adopt the world’s most advanced coking technologies. It is the first facility in China to use 6.25-meter coke ovens with three-stage heating, and it has established a clean production model featuring \"no workers, no vehicles, no debris, and no dust\" across the entire production process. Additionally, it includes Lüliang’s first dry quenching and power generation facilities, thereby promoting the sustainable and green development of the enterprise. The Pengfei methanol and co-produced LNG ammonia synthesis project is an important part of the group’s green development strategy; by utilizing coke oven gas and low-temperature synthesis techniques, it produces 600,000 tons of methanol, 400 million cubic meters of LNG, and 100,000 tons of ammonia per year. The methanol co-production of LNG project has completely transformed the traditional process of using methanol to produce ammonia, enabling the production of higher-quality products and maximizing profits; it has played a significant role in promoting the high-quality transformation and development of Lüliang. The Pengfei 400,000 tons/year FTO synthetic wax project effectively addresses the issues related to the product structure and disposal of coke; it is a chemical project that features the most thorough process revolution, the most efficient waste utilization, and the greatest ecological benefits. Since the onset of winter, the 20,000-ton per day hydrogen production project using coking gas at the first phase of Xiaoyi Pengwan Hydrogen Port has been advancing at full speed, with construction work progressing rapidly; the civil works have been completed and more than half of the installation work has been done, laying a solid foundation for the project to begin operations in June this year. Next, Pengfei Group will take the implementation of the goals of \"carbon peak\" and \"carbon neutrality\" as an opportunity to give greater emphasis to technological innovation.
