The gasifier being hoisted this time is 13 meters high, 4.12 meters in diameter, and weighs 137.57 tons. It uses a 1,250-ton crawler crane from Sinochem Second Construction Machinery Company as the main crane and a 150-ton crawler crane as the tail. During the hoisting period, the project department overcame difficulties such as the narrow hoisting space, high height, and heavy weight, and finally installed the equipment accurately on the gasification frame 19.45 meters above the ground. The construction site of the Hebei Shabo Glass Energy Transformation Project is located in the Economic Development Zone of Shahe City, Hebei Province. The project uses Jincheng anthracite as raw material and uses crushed coal pressurized gasification technology to produce industrial gas. The project mainly includes pressurized gasification, gasification slag removal, ammonia gas stripping, gas water flash evaporation and pressure filtration, gas cooling, coal lock gas compression, deoxygenation station, gasification site cabinet crushed coal pressurized gasification, gas cooling, low-temperature methanol washing, sulfur removal and decarbonization, argon extraction and argon enrichment Multiple sets of process production equipment including gas compression, gas reforming, internal pressurization process air separation oxygen production, sulfur recovery, gas water flash evaporation and pressure filtration, ammonia stripping and distillation, wastewater biochemical treatment, reclaimed water reuse, highly concentrated brine treatment, multi-effect evaporation and zero wastewater discharge.
