Project Overview 1. Project Name: Framework Services for the Repair of Coal Line Valves in Huayu Company’s Gasification Unit 2. Project Number: HY-F-2022-009 3. Scope and Content of the Services: The coal line valves in the gasification unit need to be disassembled for inspection; the valve stems, valve cores, and valve seats must be repaired, seals need to be replaced, and pressure testing as well as inspections and repairs of the bushings are required. For detailed information, please refer to Annex 2. 4. Service period: 1 year after the contract is signed. 5. Location of the task: The designated site within the Beiliuzhou Village Industrial Park, Zhoucun Town, Zezhou County, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province. II. Qualification Requirements 1. Must be registered within the People’s Republic of China and possess independent legal person status ； 2. Must have the qualifications and capabilities to carry out the tasks specified in the tender, and must possess a valid business license whose scope of operations includes valve repair or valve manufacturing ； Qualification certificates that meet the **requirements related to this project ； 3. Have completed valve repair work of qualified quality within the past 3 years, with no significant quality issues detected ； 4. No record of any illegal or irregular activities in the past three years, and the ability to complete the required services on time, with high quality and in full compliance with specifications ； 5. Joint bids are not accepted for this project. III. Application Requirements 1. If your company is interested in participating in this bidding process, please register at Hua Yu Company’s bidding office from March 10, 2022, to March 14, 2022. 2.
