On March 6, with the successful installation of the three towers, the lifting work for the tower equipment in Jiujiang Xinlianxin Fertilizer Co., Ltd.’s project aimed at producing 200,000 tons of DMF per year was completed successfully. This lifting operation is carried out simultaneously with tasks such as installing pipelines on the tower, setting up the platform, and installing lighting, in order to achieve the goal of having the tower erected and the lights turned on. The successful lifting of the tower equipment created favorable conditions for the completion of the steel structure, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent installation of the DMF unit. According to the public information, the 400,000-ton peroxide production project will include the construction of devices for producing dilute and concentrated products, as well as a tank farm, relying on the auxiliary facilities of existing projects. Upon completion, the project will have a production capacity of 400,000 tons of hydrogen peroxide per year. The project investment is 319.1 million yuan. The nature of the construction is expansion. The 200,000-ton DMF project involves the construction of a methylamine unit, a DMF unit, a sodium methoxide unit, and a caustic soda unit, etc., relying on the utility and support systems as well as storage and transportation facilities of existing projects. Upon completion of the project, the production capacity will be 200,000 tons of DMF per year. The nature of the construction is expansion. An investment of 568.46 million yuan.
