Bidding Conditions: This project aims to redirect the off-gases from Shanxi Coking Co., Ltd.’s Methanol Plant to flares; the funding for this project will come from the company itself. The bidder is Shanxi Coking Co., Ltd. The project meets all the requirements for bidding, and therefore an open bid process is now being conducted for it. 2. Project Overview 2.1 Project Name: Transformation Project for Diverting Exhaust Gas from the Methanol Plant of Shanxi Coking Co., Ltd. to a Flare 2.2 Tender Number: (Please log in) 2.3 Scope of the Tender: The construction scope includes the installation of equipment required for this exhaust gas treatment project, the fabrication of auxiliary pipelines, valves, flame arresters, as well as pipeline supports and braces; the anti-corrosion and insulation work on the equipment and pipelines; and the carrying out of pipeline purging, pressure testing for leak detection, non-destructive testing, as well as anti-corrosion and insulation tasks in accordance with design specifications and requirements. It includes all items counted within the scope of work as well as any additional items ； 2.4 Quality requirements: Must comply with **, relevant industry standards, and the specified qualification criteria. 2.5 Delivery period: 65 calendar days after the contract is signed. 3. Qualification requirements for bidders: 3.1 Bidders must be independent legal entities in the People’s Republic of China and must possess a valid business license ； 3.2 Bidders must possess a qualification of Grade 3 or higher for general professional contracting in building mechanical and electrical installation projects, and have the corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc ； 3.3 Possess a valid safety production license ； 3.4 The project manager proposed by the bidder must hold a professional qualification as a registered constructor in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering at level 2 or above, be in possession of a valid safety production assessment certificate (Category B), and not be serving as a project manager for any other ongoing construction projects ； 3.5 Bidders must provide installation records for similar projects over the past three years (based on construction contracts from April 2019 to the present; at least one such record is required) ； 3.6 The bidder must provide a valid special equipment production license (GC2 pressure pipelines) ； 3.7 The bidder shall have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system ； 3.8 The bidder shall have no record of being a party subject to enforcement for credit violations on the \"Credit China\" website (http://www.creditchina.gov.cn/), and shall not be listed as a company with serious violations of laws and credit issues in the **Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/) ； 3.9 Different entities whose responsible persons and legal representatives are the same, or those that have a controlling or managerial relationship with each other, shall not submit bids for the same bid section or for the same tender project that has not been divided into separate bid sections ； 4.0 Joint bids are not accepted for this project. 4. Bid registration and acquisition of tender documents: 4.1 Those who meet the bidder qualification requirements and are interested in participating should register and purchase the tender documents from March 30, 2022, to April 3, 2022, between 9:00 and 11:00 in the morning, and from 15:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon (Beijing time; no breaks on holidays*). 4.2* The price of each set of tender documents is 500 RMB, and no refunds will be given after purchase.
