Aiming to become a **model enterprise in water conservation, it actively carries out technical upgrades to reduce water use, makes full use of non-conventional water sources such as wastewater, rainwater, and reclaimed water, thereby improving the efficiency of water utilization and reducing water consumption per unit of product. The reuse rate of reclaimed water across the entire company has been increasing, while the amount of wastewater discharged has been decreasing. By carrying out special initiatives such as the \"No Pollutants Beyond the Designated Areas\" campaign, efforts to address leaks and spills, and the \"Weihua Water Conservation Awareness Month\", the ideological foundation for all employees to practice water conservation is strengthened. By using high-quality low-sulfur coal, adjusting the amount of denitration agents used, improving the stability of boiler operation, and exploring advanced and suitable technologies, the company has managed to reduce the emissions of volatile organic compounds, particulate matter, and nitrogen oxides by at least 10%, while keeping the emission concentrations of particulate matter at no more than 5 mg/m3, sulfur dioxide at no more than 17.5 mg/m3, and nitrogen oxides at no more than 25 mg/m3. Technical research and exchanges are carried out to address issues related to inefficient energy use, with the aim of improving energy utilization efficiency through the optimization of process operations and scheduling. Strengthen daily monitoring of the \"0\" opening setting of the three sets of pressure relief valves and vent valves in the heating network ; Building on the approach of generating power during off-peak times and drawing power during low-demand periods, this involves a mode in which equipment that operates intermittently is kept in standby during peak electricity hours and activated during low-demand hours ; Thoroughly investigate the feasibility of using process waste steam from boilers with self-provided generator sets. By taking into account the actual conditions of the company’s production facilities, these efforts aim to fully exploit the potential for technological improvements in energy savings and carbon reduction, thereby further reducing the overall energy consumption of the company’s main products.
