Qualification requirements for bidders 3.1 Bidders must have the capacity to fulfill the contract, and must possess a valid business license (the combined three certificates) or a valid business license, tax registration certificate, and organization code certificate. 3.2 The bidder is in good financial condition and is not subject to any suspension of its business license, revocation of its qualifications, orders to cease operations, seizure or freezing of its assets, bankruptcy, or disqualification from bidding. 3.3 Bidders shall meet the following qualification and performance requirements: (1) The bidder must have experience in manufacturing and selling similar products in the domestic market; at least one contract from the past 5 years (from January 2017 to the present) is required as proof of such experience (a scanned copy of the contract should be provided, including at least the cover page, the signing page, and the details page).
