Summary Table of Details Related to This Bid III. Qualification Requirements for Bidders Those who do not meet any of the following requirements will have their bid documents deemed invalid. The tenderer has no obligation to conduct a prior review or inform bidders, and may suspend a bidder’s eligibility at any time if it becomes apparent during the tendering process that the bidder does not meet the qualification requirements. (1) Basic qualification requirements: 1. The bidder must have the legal status of an entity capable of entering into contracts independently ； 2. For tender sections that do not accept bids from agents, bidders must possess the corresponding production qualifications for the products they intend to bid on ； For the bid sections open to bids from agents, if the bidder is an agent, they must possess a valid authorization letter from the original manufacturer, along with proof of the manufacturer’s corresponding production qualifications. 3. The bidder shall be in good financial condition, possess sound bank credit and commercial reputation, and not be under suspension of operations, with its assets seized or frozen, or in bankruptcy. There have been no instances of bid fraud or serious breaches of contract in the past three years ； (II) The specific qualification requirements are as follows. IV. Documents that bidding entities must submit upon registration: 1. The person in charge must provide a power of attorney from the legal representative (except when the person in charge is the legal representative themselves) ； 2. Original and copy of the handler’s ID card ； 3. Documents proving specific basic qualifications (including copies of relevant certificates) ； Include performance verification documents, provide relevant contracts – copies of the cover page, scope of work, specifications, signature page, etc. – as well as valid user certificates stating name, position, and contact information ； 4. Copy of the enterprise business license that has passed the annual audit ； 5. Copy of tax registration certificate ； 6. Copy of organization code certificate ； 7. Proof that the bidder has had no safety incidents or quality accidents in the past three years. Note: The documents submitted must be stamped with the company’s official seal. V.
