Agent bids and consortium bids are not accepted. 3.1.8 The reciprocating compressor provided by the bidder should be a model with proven design. The bidder has the performance of no less than 2 users of flash vapor cycle compressors with a displacement of not less than 10,000Nm3/h, a discharge pressure of not less than 5.9MPaG, and similar media, which is not less than the reported model.
