Recently, Yulin Chemical Company, part of Shaanxi Coal Group, managed to obtain 1.177 billion in refunds related to the incremental value-added tax credits. To date, the company has received a total of 1.725 billion yuan in tax rebates this year, which has helped alleviate the pressure on its cash flow. To ensure that enterprises are well informed about relevant policies and to guarantee accurate and timely tax refunds, Wu Feng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Tax Bureau in the Yushen Industrial Zone, led a team to Yulin Chemical Company to provide guidance on the process of refunding value-added tax credits. Key staff members were also sent to the site to offer assistance, facilitating direct communication regarding daily operations and guiding financial staff on how to submit refund requests on-site ; Tax office officers conduct on-site verification, carefully checking the refund data, and resolve any issues immediately to ensure prompt completion of the refunds. At the same time, the chief accountant of Yulin Chemical Company and the deputy manager of the Planning and Finance Department repeatedly took business staff to the Tax Bureau and Finance Bureau in the Yushen Industrial Zone to discuss matters related to tax refunds, and reported the amount of tax that could be refunded in a timely manner. It is understood that the demonstration project for the utilization of coal in different ways to produce new chemical materials, which is being built by Yulin Chemical Company, is located in the Yushen Industrial Zone, with a total investment of over 100 billion yuan. Among them, the first-phase project, with a total investment of 30.1 billion yuan, will be gradually completed and put into operation this year. As the pace of project construction accelerated, the company accumulated a large amount of tax credits. The Tax Bureau of Yushen Industrial Zone works in close coordination with enterprises to create a collaborative effort that lays the groundwork for processing refunds related to retained tax credits. This approach enables the entire process—from submitting an application for such refunds to their approval and delivery—to be completed within 5 hours, thus allowing enterprises to benefit from these refunds without any delay.
