LiuGuo Chemical Begins Pilot Production of Powdered Water-Soluble Fertilizers Author/Source: Sinochem New Network Date: May 18, 2022 Clicks: 2 On May 13, the powder production unit of LiuGuo Chemical Company’s water-soluble fertilizer project was put into operation for the first time, producing a large quantity of qualified powdered water-soluble fertilizers. Leveraging its own experience in compound fertilizer production as well as the advanced liquid fertilizer preparation technologies from universities, the company upgraded its product technology by converting its existing raw material warehouse into a 2,700-square-meter water-soluble fertilizer production facility. A production facility for 15,000 tons per year of powdered water-soluble fertilizers and a production facility for 5,000 tons per year of liquid water-soluble fertilizers will be installed in the workshop. Compared with traditional products such as superphosphate and granulated compound fertilizers, this water-soluble fertilizer has an effective absorption rate of 80%–90%, which is 2–3 times higher than that of conventional fertilizers. It can be used in agricultural systems such as sprinkler irrigation and drip irrigation, and plays an important role in improving fertilizer utilization efficiency, saving agricultural water, reducing environmental pollution, and enhancing crop quality.
