On May 18, the fertilizer plant operated at full capacity to commence production of the 15,000-ton order of urea containing alginic acid. Since Wushihua Petrochemical successfully produced urea containing alginic acid, the excellent quality of this product has received strong acclaim in the market; word of mouth from customers has led to an increase in orders year after year. Hu Chengnian, head of the Chemical Sales Section in Urumqi Petrochemical’s Marketing and Logistics Department, explained that Urumqi Petrochemical earnestly implements the 24-word marketing philosophy of the group company, organizing production and sales activities on an order-based basis; urea alginate is produced and sold in its entirety, and in the first quarter of this year, sales volume increased by five times compared to the previous year. Urea containing alginic acid, thanks to its long-lasting fertility and environmental friendliness, not only helps farmers increase yields and incomes but also reduces the use of chemical fertilizers, thereby helping to protect the soil, water bodies, and atmosphere. As verified by farmers in the northern and southern Xinjiang regions as well as the northwest area, after applying urea containing alginic acid, the width and length of the plant stems and leaves increased significantly. The number of fruits per plant increased, the grains became plumper, and the weight of each grain rose markedly. Both the quality and yield of the crops improved, and their consistent reliable quality earned high praise from the farmers. Upon receiving the order, the Second Chemical Production Workshop of the fertilizer production department organized production carefully; the staff on duty monitored closely and operated with precision. By focusing on details such as optimizing production processes, reducing energy consumption of the equipment, and stabilizing operational parameters, they ensured that the equipment ran at high capacity steadily, thus completing the production tasks as planned. The quality inspection workshop tests key parameters of the finished urea, such as nitrogen content, biuret content, and particle size, to ensure that the quality rate of urea reaches 100%. Bags of high-quality urea products flow from the production lines to the fields, providing a solid foundation for increasing farmers’ incomes.
