On May 27, the main structural framework for the gasification/milling unit of this project, which was constructed under the general contract of China Wuhuan, was completed, marking the transition from the construction phase to the installation phase of the project. The Gasification Framework is the tallest building in the project, with a total height of 56.84 meters; the concrete structure accounts for 43.46 meters in height, while the upper two floors are made of steel structure ; The main frame of the coal grinding unit is 46 meters tall and is a fully concrete frame structure. Since the coal gasification plant officially started operations on December 22, 2021, it took 156 days to complete the construction of both the coal grinding framework and the gasification framework, achieving this goal two months ahead of the original schedule. The IGCC distributed energy carbon-neutrality application and green transformation and upgrading project for synthetic ammonia of Yingcheng Hongyi Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Dongcheng Industrial Park of Yingcheng Economic Development Zone. It is a new construction project, covering a total area of approximately 310 mu. An investment of 1,699.64 million yuan will be made to build a brand-new ammonia synthesis production line that utilizes advanced technologies such as fluidized-bed coal slurry gasification, isothermal shift reaction, low-temperature methanol washing, liquid nitrogen gas purification, and low-pressure ammonia synthesis. Supporting facilities such as air compressors and circulating water systems, along with environmental protection equipment, will also be installed. The Shell gasifier will be technically upgraded to function as a distributed gas power generation unit (IGCC); the waste heat boiler will have a capacity of 80 t/h, while the generator will have a power output of 44 MW. This setup will enable an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of ammonia and 4,300 tons of sulfur as a by-product, with an annual operating time of 8,000 hours.
