A green technology project of Tianye Group has been included in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps’ special fund plan for scientific and technological development. Recently, good news came from the Corps’ Science and Technology Bureau: the scientific and technological project titled “Development and Demonstration of Key Technologies for the Comprehensive Utilization of Thermal Energy Generated by the Incineration of Combustible Organic Waste Derived from Coal in the Production of Ethylene Glycol” carried out by Tianye Group Huihe New Materials Co., Ltd., was included in the Corps’ special fund plan for scientific and technological development for 2022. The project received funding of 1.35 million yuan from this fund. It is reported that the project approved this time represents an important technological initiative by the company in the field of environmental protection and energy conservation. It focuses on optimizing the recovery and reuse of organic waste liquids and gases generated during the production of ethylene glycol from coal. By designing specialized separation devices, innovating thermal combustion techniques, and improving process pipelines, most of these organic waste liquids and gases are fed into gasifiers for combustion, thereby enabling further recovery of carbon resources from them and achieving the goals of energy conservation, emission reduction, as well as improved quality and efficiency.
