III. Qualification Requirements for Bidders (001) Qualification and capability requirements for bidders for the BDO light and heavy fraction disposal service project provided by Henan Kaixiang Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd.: (1) An independent legal entity registered within the People’s Republic of China, holding a valid legal business license ； Capacity to handle hazardous waste (hazardous waste category: HW11, hazardous waste code: 900-013-11) ； (2) The vehicles of the carrying party must meet **environmental protection requirements (a written commitment in a format to be determined by the party concerned is required).** ； (3) Possess a road transport operation license ； (4) The bidder shall provide one copy of its performance records in waste disposal since 2020 ； (5) It has a good credit rating with banks, sufficient financial resources, and a sound financial condition ； (6) The bidder must have disposal equipment that meets safety and environmental protection requirements (a written commitment in an appropriate format shall be provided).
