The device names, quantities, technical parameters, etc., for each package shall be subject to the final version of the technical specifications. 4. The tenderer has the right, based on the bidding situation and the overall requirements for project progress, to divide the equipment included in the package and award separate contracts for each item to different successful bidders. III. Qualification requirements for bidders 1. Bidders shall be enterprise entities registered in China with independent legal person status, and possess the ability to assume civil liability independently ； It has the status of a general taxpayer. A valid business license, (if the three certificates are not combined into one, a tax registration certificate and an organization code certificate must also be provided), a bank account opening permit, and a certificate indicating the company’s credit rating (issued by a bank or a third party) – colored scans or copies stamped with the official seal are to be provided. 2. Bidders must have sound financial conditions. For Package A: manufacturing enterprises must have a registered capital of no less than 50 million yuan, while agents must have a registered capital of no less than 5 million yuan; for Package B: the registered capital must be no less than 50 million yuan; for Package C: the registered capital must be no less than 50 million yuan; for Package D: the registered capital must be no less than 50 million yuan; for Package E: the registered capital must be no less than 50 million yuan; for Package F: the registered capital must be no less than 50 million yuan; for Package G: the registered capital must be no less than 50 million yuan. The annual sales volume of related products must be no less than 100 million yuan. Bidders must also provide a complete set of balance sheets and income statements for the previous fiscal year, possess good banking credit and commercial reputation, not be in a state of suspension or bankruptcy, and have assets that have not been restructured, taken over, or frozen ； 3. Qualification and performance requirements: See the details in the tender documents; provide a performance record along with scanned copies of representative contracts (the performance record should include the specifications used, quantities, years, and conditions of operation or use, as well as the user’s name, full address, contact person, and contact number) ； 4. Other qualification requirements specified in the tender documents; in the event of any discrepancies between the qualification requirements stated in this announcement and those described in the tender documents, the latter shall prevail. 5. The ability to perform the contract, including the required professional and technical qualifications and capabilities, financial resources, equipment and other facilities, management skills, experience, reputation, and appropriate personnel ； Bidders who are agents or distributors must have the manufacturer’s authorization for this project, as well as the capability to supply the products and provide technical support ； 6. The equipment to be provided by the bidder shall have a production license and mandatory product certification (if required) ； If the bid equipment requires **specified inspections and tests, relevant inspection and test reports issued by **authoritative institutions shall be provided. 7. Not under a suspension order, with its bidding qualifications revoked, or with its assets seized, frozen, or in a state of bankruptcy ； 8.
