Qualifications Required for Bidders 2.1 Bidders must be registered in the People’s Republic of China and possess independent legal status, as well as the right to enter into contracts independently. 2.2 The business scope listed in the bidder’s business license must include services related to safety assessment for construction projects. 2.3 Bidders must have good financial standing and a solid reputation in business; they must not be under orders to cease operations, have their bidding rights revoked, or have their assets seized, frozen, or result in bankruptcy. 2.4 Bidders must provide evidence of having completed at least 5 safety assessment projects in the chemical industry over the past five years. 3. Registration 3.1 Those who wish to participate in the bidding process should register at the tendering office of Henan Jinkai Chemical Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. from June 14, 2022, to June 17, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily (Beijing time). 3.2 To apply, the following documents must be submitted: ① The original qualification certificate required by this announcement (a copy should be kept, stamped with the bidder’s official seal); ② The original power of attorney issued by the legal representative of the company, along with the original ID card of the authorized person (a copy of the ID card should be kept, stamped with the bidder’s official seal); ③ Records of the company’s performance over the past five years (both the original documents and their copies stamped with the official seal). 3.3 Due to the special circumstances related to the pandemic, scanned copies of the original qualification documents can be sent to the email address of Pukai Bidding Office. 4. The deadline for submitting bids is 12:00 p.m. on June 20, 2022; bids submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
