From June 16th to 17th, Lu Junpeng and Wang Haibei, deputy general managers of Lu’an Coal-based Synthetic Oil Company, Xiao Wei, general manager of Lu’an Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd., Wang Guowei, deputy general manager, along with technical staff, visited Zhengyuan Group for exchanges. By further strengthening exchanges and enhancing mutual understanding, business cooperation can be utilized to complement each other’s strengths, achieve win-win outcomes for all parties, and boost the core competitiveness of enterprises. During the exchange, the leaders and technical staff from Lu’an Coal-based Synthetic Oil and Fine Chemicals Company visited the sites of Zhengyuan Fertilizer and Zhengyuan Tower Equipment, and held discussions on technical matters with the team from Zhengyuan Design Company. At Zhengyuan Fertilizer, an assessment was conducted on reusable equipment such as LNG facilities, 6M50 hydrogen-nitrogen compressors, synthesis cycle machines, φ2400 synthesis towers, and 2.5MW generator sets, as well as on the inventory of spare parts. By leveraging the advantages of the group company’s internal platforms, idle assets were put to use to maximize the value of these equipment, thereby practicing a culture of cost optimization guided by lean thinking. Zhengyuan Tower Equipment visited the production workshop and the physical and chemical laboratory, focusing on discussions regarding equipment manufacturing capabilities, specialty products, production scale, and technological research and development. Zhengyuan Tower Equipment and the design company stated that they would make full use of their strengths in technological research and development, equipment manufacturing, and technical services to actively expand the business opportunities of the group company and streamline internal cooperation processes. We will earnestly implement the requirements put forward by the group company of \"benchmarking to uncover potential and improving quality and efficiency\" in order to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. Through in-depth discussions, initial agreements were reached regarding issues such as the production technology for the internal components of urea synthesis hydrolysis towers used in Lu’an’s coal-based synthetic oil production, the physical and chemical testing of materials, and the capacity enhancement upgrades for Lu’an’s coal-based fine chemicals ammonia synthesis plants. Further discussions will be carried out in the future. Tan Daifu pointed out that, first, it is necessary to accelerate the disposal of idle state-owned assets, following relevant institutional procedures strictly; at the same time, the mature platforms available within the group company should be utilized to maximize the reuse value of equipment, thereby truly practicing a culture of cost awareness. Secondly, it is necessary to maintain continuous communication and exchange with internal affiliated units, improve cooperation processes and mechanisms, expand the scope of cooperation, and work together for mutual benefit and shared success, thereby contributing to the effort to build a first-class energy and chemical enterprise group. Third, it is necessary to expand market presence. By leveraging the advantages of Zhengyuan Group in areas such as technology research and development, equipment manufacturing, technical services, and scientific management, the company can enhance its core competitiveness and achieve high-quality development.
