Bidding Conditions The name of this bidding project is: Public Bid for Research on Key Technologies and Application Services for Intelligent Unloading and Feeding System of Denitration Urea at Guodian Power Jinjie Company. *This project meets the requirements for bidding, and now a public bid with domestic qualification review is being conducted for it. 2. Project Overview and Scope of Bidding 2.1 Project Overview, Scope of Bidding, and Division into Bid Sections/Packages: Project Overview: Guoneng Jinjie Energy Co., Ltd. is located in the Jinjie Industrial Park of the Shenfu Economic Development Zone in Shenmu County, Shaanxi Province. It is part of an integrated coal-and-power energy project; it constitutes one of the supporting projects for the \"Shaanbei Thermal Power Base,\" which is an important component of the Western Development strategy. It is also one of the key power generation sites for the northward transmission of electricity from the west to the east, as well as a landmark project for the development of Yulin’s energy and chemical industry base. The current installed capacity is 4×600MW+2×660MW. In Shenmu County, there are seven road networks: the Xibao Highway, Fuxin Highway, Yushen Highway, and several county-level roads. At present, a well-developed transportation network has been established in the county, with Shenmu County town, Dianta, and Daliuta as its centers, and national and provincial highways serving as the backbone, while county and rural roads form the connecting pathways. The entire plant consumes 19 tons of urea per day. The urea storage area has a maximum storage capacity of 200 tons. There are two MCC power supplies in the urea storage room, with a voltage level of 400V. The gas supply and industrial water are connected, and the ventilation and insulation conditions are excellent. Urea is transported to the plant’s urea storage area by vehicle, and then unloaded manually to the designated location. The weight of bagged urea is 50 kg per bag. The urea feeding system is a pneumatic conveying system; manually, the urea bags are carried to the material intake, and after the bags are opened, the contents are poured into the inlet of the conveying system and sent to the dissolution tank. Manual labor involves heavy physical effort, operates in harsh conditions, and results in high labor costs. As an advanced model of a \"smart power plant,\" Guoneng Jinjie Energy Co., Ltd. has always been at the forefront of the industry in terms of \"intelligence,\" \"automation without human intervention,\" \"information technology,\" and \"automated operations.\" It is committed to achieving the vision of \"smart power plants\" as outlined in the \"China Intelligent Manufacturing 2025\" initiative as soon as possible. This project will implement \"intelligent storage\" and \"intelligent dosing\" for the process of feeding urea into the denitration tank during the denitration process, as well as for the process of storing urea” ; Currently, the denitration process faces a range of challenges typical of traditional manufacturing processes: poor working conditions, high levels of dust, potential health risks to workers, high labor intensity, difficulties in managing external workers, and restrictions on working during certain times ; This project focuses on developing an intelligent urea unloading and feeding system for denitration that is truly labor-saving, efficient, and safe. This project has successfully developed a \"green, safe, fully intelligent denitration urea unloading and feeding system\" tailored for power plant urea processing facilities. It enables highly efficient and fully automated urea unloading, highly efficient and intelligent palletizing, highly efficient and automated feeding processes, as well as intelligent safety management in the urea processing area ; Scope of the bidding: (1) Development of an intelligent unloading system based on AI technology and smart tools; (2) Development of a technology for dividing and locating urea storage areas using AI technology; (3) Development of an automatic stacking system utilizing smart equipment; (4) Development of an automatic intelligent feeding system; (5) Development of safety assurance functions for urea production workshops based on AI technology. Expected goals: (1) Develop a set of composite intelligent devices suitable for the automatic unloading of denitrification urea (two main units) ; (2) Develop a set of intelligent equipment suitable for the automatic stacking and storage of denitrification nitrogen (two main units) ; (3) Develop a set of intelligent devices for automatic feeding of denitration nitrogen (two main units) ; (4) Develop a warehouse management system software suitable for denitrification urea, to achieve digital management of urea inflow and outflow ; (5) Improve the production management level of the urea plant and increase the utilization rate of warehouses, with an expected improvement of 50% ; (6) Develop a set of green safety production system software capable of intelligently monitoring the urea production workshop and integrating with the control system, to enable intelligent monitoring and management of parameters such as environmental temperature, humidity, PM2.5, TVOC, CO2, CO, CH4, and noise levels, thereby achieving green safety production under intelligent manufacturing conditions.
