Performance requirements: There must be one or more liquid ammonia contracts from January 18, 2020, up to the bid deadline; proof of such performance is required (including the contract’s title page, scope of work page, and pages with signatures and seals from both parties). 3. Bid submission by agents: Allowed. 4. Safety requirements: None. 5. Bid submissions by consortia: Not allowed. 6. Credit requirements: 1) The bidder must not be listed as a company with serious violations of laws and regulations on the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System maintained by the administrative authorities for industry and commerce ； 2) The bidder has not been included by the Supreme People’s Court on the “Credit China” website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) in the list of persons subject to credit penalties. 7.
