Conveyor manufacturers advise that when it comes to the electrical maintenance of conveyor equipment, attention should be paid to the following issues. 1) Conveyor equipment uses electrical components for conveyors in the required operating environment. 2) Regularly check the tightness of electrical components in conveyor equipment. 3) Check the tightness of the wiring at the terminals of the conveyor equipment components; if it is too loose, there will be poor contact, which can lead to arcing and damage to the components. 4) Conveyor equipment should be regularly inspected for any overheating in its electrical components (such as motors and relays). Should any abnormalities be detected, appropriate actions should be taken promptly based on the degree of overheating, in order to minimize potential losses. 5) Inspect the insulation of the electrical circuits in the conveyor equipment to ensure good insulation, thereby safeguarding the safety of personnel and equipment. 6) Once the conveyor equipment starts sparking, smoking, or experiences extensive insulation damage, it should be stopped immediately and the power supply cut off for appropriate repairs; otherwise, the scope of the fault may expand. 7) When maintaining conveyor equipment, the conveyor units and wiring must be marked, or the wiring must be carried out in strict accordance with the electrical schematic diagrams; random wiring or short circuits must be avoided to prevent damage to important electrical equipment.
