Performance characteristics: ※ Excellent electrical insulation properties and chemical stability; extremely low volatility and oil separation rate; ※ Excellent sealing performance, with good compatibility with metals, ceramics, rubber, plastics, and sealants ; ※ Excellent water resistance, non-toxic and odorless, resistant to ozone, weathering, and weak acids and bases ; ※ It has excellent performance in high and low temperatures, allowing for long-term use over a wide temperature range, with an extremely long service life. Recommended applications: ※ Suitable for moisture-proof seals, such as those used in satellite navigation systems and spark plug connectors, as well as in the separate connection components of electronic printing systems. It is also used for insulating, protecting against moisture, and sealing electrical assemblies and connectors ; ※ Used for sealing and lubrication during the assembly of cable connectors, electrical joints and terminals, battery connectors, rubber door seals, rubber/plastic O-rings, as well as metal/plastic and metal/rubber joint surfaces. Silicone grease is an insulating and lubricating paste made through a special manufacturing process, using modified silicone oil, ultra-pure insulating fillers, and functional additives. This high-voltage insulating grease boasts excellent resistance to high voltage, water, and electric arcing. It is designed for the insulation, sealing, lubrication, and moisture protection of high-voltage cable joints and cable accessories in systems operating at voltages above 10 kV. It helps prevent electrochemical corrosion, ensures good contact between electrical components, and reduces aging of the material surface due to adverse weather conditions. Applicable temperature range: -40 to +200°C.
