Layout of low-voltage cabinets

With two low-voltage cabinets arranged side by side, is it possible to avoid using a bus bridge and instead connect them directly to each other through a bus coupler cabinet? Is this in compliance with the standards? Could a designer who understands this help answer it? Thank you.
When the length of the distribution apparatus exceeds 6 meters, it should have two exits for maintenance access; for low-voltage distribution apparatuses, if the distance between the two exits is greater than 15 meters, additional exits should be provided. It does not state what the length of the two low-voltage busbars is, nor whether the busbar bridges can be connected directly. According to traditional practice, the length of each section is over 6 meters; busbars are installed to connect the two sections for visibility and safety purposes, thereby distinguishing them from one another. Two shorter segments can be connected directly. This is just one person’s opinion for reference only.
Does it mean that the two bus sections cannot be connected if their total length exceeds 15 meters?
It can be said that a busbar bridge is needed, as well as safety passages
