Our factory’s temporary distribution boxes are required to have repeated grounding; repeated grounding is necessary for distribution boxes at all levels, from level 1 to level 3. Are there any standard specifications regarding the diameter of the wires used for repeated grounding?
In the TNS system, where the distribution boxes on-site are repeatedly grounded, only leakage current flows, and that current is in the milliampere range. It’s not possible to select the neutral and ground wires as in a three-phase five-wire power distribution system. In my opinion, in principle, copper wires with a diameter of at least 2.5 millimeters will suffice; some construction sites require wires with a diameter of 6 square millimeters for low-voltage applications, but this is actually unnecessary.
I think so; I can’t remember which standard it is, but it should be copper wire with a cross-sectional area of no less than 6 square millimeters
