Can KVV cables be used as power cables for motors?

For example, can a KVV-4X10 copper cable be used as a power cable? 380V system, motor 7.5KW
The standard power cable is 0.6/1.0 KV. Although the cross-sectional area of this control cable is certainly sufficient, its voltage resistance rating is a bit lower; I’m not sure which standards can be referred to in this regard

Under normal circumstances, the standard insulation voltage rating for power cables is 0.6/1.0 KV, in accordance with IEC standards. According to requirement 3.2.2 of standard GB 50217-2018, it is feasible to use control cables instead of power cables for powering 380V systems (control cables generally have a voltage rating of 450V/750V). However, it is better to choose an electrical cable. ）
