Can a grounding clip be used for the protective grounding of a welding machine?

According to clause 8.1.11 of GB50194-2014 \"Code for Safety of Power Supply and Use at Construction Sites\", the protective conductor (PE) of electrical equipment shall not be connected in series; instead, welding, crimping, bolt connection, or other reliable methods should be used for connection. Does this other reliable method of connection include using grounding clips?
The grounding clip is considered a crimped connection, but whether the strength of this crimping meets the required standards is another matter.
A grounding clip for welding machine grounding should work; as long as it’s securely pressed together, there should be no problem, since it’s meant to be temporary anyway
The reliability of grounding via a grounding clip is uncertain; its resistance must be measured. Typically, the paint and rust on the clip’s mounting surface need to be removed. This method is less reliable compared to crimping
