Due to the grounding of the oil storage tank, it serves two functions: one is static electricity grounding, and the other is lightning protection grounding. If galvanized grounding flat bars are used to be welded to the grounding electrodes of adjacent tanks, they must be welded to the main grounding electrode of the storage tank (the part of the grounding electrode that extends underground), to ensure that a series connection of groundings is not created. Additionally, since it also serves the function of lightning protection grounding, the newly added grounding strips must be buried deep underground to prevent lightning from posing a threat to human safety!
Since it is an oil storage tank and there is oil inside, welding cannot be done at the bottom of the tank; could using appropriate yellow-green cable bolts for connection be considered?
