Should the pump outlet pipeline be subjected to a hydrostatic test? The pipeline is just under 20 meters long, but it has many bends; there is also a height difference of 4 meters. The pressure is 25 kilograms. If this pipeline is to be constructed, what protective measures need to be taken when testing it with pressurized water using seamless pipes?
The outlet pipeline needs to undergo a water pressure test; just follow the standard testing procedures – the pressure isn’t very high

The pressure is 25 kilograms; it is presumed to not be a utility pipeline but rather a process medium, and per requirements, a hydrostatic test must be conducted at 1.5 times the design pressure, taking into account the temperature coefficient.
