Who usually signs an engineering visa form? On the visa forms issued by my construction party, there is a requirement for co-signature; three representatives need to sign them. Who should these three representatives be?
Generally, the supervisor, the constructor (Party A), and the contractor (the party carrying out the construction) must all sign. The sequence is contracting—supervision—construction. Some include the signature of the design unit (this is mainly to replace the need for design changes through a joint form). However, since there are only three signatures required in the schedule attached to SH3503, some organizations have added their own section for the design unit’s signature.
