The distance between the hydrogen chloride synthesis framework and the storage tank area (classified as a Class A explosion-proof area) does not meet the 20-meter requirement. Can fire-resistant partitions be added to the open framework to solve this issue? However, the hydrogen chloride installation cannot be enclosed – what should be done?
