Kettle seal models 206 and 207

Help: What are the differences between machine seals 206 and 207 for use in kettles? Can all the internal components of the stationary and rotating rings be replaced?
In the case of graphite and silicon carbide, how can one tell them apart in terms of appearance? I took measurements; the double-end face dynamic and static rings of model 207 are identical and can be interchanged, while those of model 206 seem to be of different heights, and the two static rings also differ in size. It must be this size difference.
