What is the propylene conversion rate in the process of producing polypropylene from propylene using double-loop tubes in current technologies? 53? 63? 70? Or something else? I need help with my graduation project; anyone with expertise can please offer guidance!
You can estimate it based on the reaction density of the loop reactor and the designed feed rate; it is roughly 55-60%
In the loop process, the slurry concentration in the large loop is generally maintained at around 50%; if it goes higher, the axial flow pump cannot handle it
